The rules for snow removal on our southwest Edmonton neighbourhood route.

Route and property eligibility
Service is route-focused in southwest Edmonton, especially Chappelle and Chapman Way SW. We do not serve all Edmonton. Your address, property size, agreed clearing areas and access must be confirmed before service is finalized. Submitting a request does not reserve or activate service.
Monthly packages
Regular monthly prices: Driveway is $152/month with up to 5 qualifying visits. Driveway + Walkway is $187/month with up to 6 qualifying visits. Large Driveway + Walkway is $235/month with up to 8 qualifying visits. Applicable taxes and final billing terms will be disclosed before you authorize payment.
Qualifying snowfalls
Service is triggered by 5 cm or more of new snowfall. Each qualifying clearing counts toward your monthly visit allowance. Exact arrival times are not guaranteed.
Visit allowances
Included visits reset monthly and do not roll over. Monthly customers receive priority service. Additional qualifying clearings after the included allowance are booked and billed separately when capacity allows; they are not automatically included.
Walkways, steps and access
Describe front-walk and front-step details and any access restrictions in your request. Clearing areas and property eligibility must be agreed before activation. Keep agreed access available and advise us of hazards or changes affecting service.
Pre-season offer
The 2026 pre-season offer applies only to sign-ups before November 1, 2026 (Edmonton time), and is unavailable after that deadline: Driveway $129, Driveway + Walkway $159, Large Driveway + Walkway $200 for the first month. After the first month, the subscription renews at the regular monthly price ($152, $187 or $235). Route/property eligibility must still be confirmed.
Season Pass
The Season Pass is a single upfront payment covering November through April only. Its price is six months of regular monthly pricing less exactly 15%: Driveway $775.20, Driveway + Walkway $953.70, Large Driveway + Walkway $1,198.50. The plan's monthly visit allowance still applies and resets each month, unused visits do not roll over, the 5 cm trigger applies, and extra clearings are billed separately when capacity allows. May–October service is not included. No payment means no active service until eligibility and payment are completed.
Subscriptions and payment
No payment is collected by the request form. After your request is reviewed and your address is confirmed on our route, we email you a secure payment link. Monthly plans are charged on the 1st of each month from your first payment date through the winter term; the last charge of the 2026–2027 season is April 1, 2027, and no recurring charge occurs after April. Pre-season-eligible sign-ups (submitted before November 1, 2026) whose first payment date is November 1, 2026 pay the introductory first-month price ($129, $159 or $200) and then the regular monthly price ($152, $187 or $235) from December through April. The Season Pass is a single upfront payment for November–April with no recurring billing. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where legally required. Cancellation and refund handling is confirmed with you before payment.
