When do you come to clear the snow?
Service is triggered by 5 cm or more of new snowfall. Monthly customers receive priority on our neighbourhood route. We do not promise a fixed arrival time.
How many visits are included?
Driveway includes up to 5 qualifying visits per month. Driveway + Walkway includes up to 6. Large Driveway + Walkway includes up to 8. Each visit is a clearing triggered by a qualifying snowfall.
Do unused visits roll over?
No. Included visits reset monthly. Unused visits do not roll over into the next month.
What if I use all my included visits?
Additional qualifying clearings after your included monthly allowance are booked and billed separately when capacity allows. They are not automatically included in your subscription.
What does priority service mean?
Monthly customers are prioritized on our service route ahead of separately booked additional work. Priority does not mean an exact arrival time or unlimited visits.
Which neighbourhoods do you serve?
We focus on a local route in southwest Edmonton, especially Chappelle and Chapman Way SW. We do not cover all of Edmonton. Your exact address and property must be confirmed before service is finalized.
What if my address is outside your route?
Submit your address for review. If it is outside our available route, we will let you know. A request is not a confirmed service booking, and service will not be finalized without eligibility confirmation.
How does the pre-season offer work?
The 2026 pre-season offer applies only to sign-ups before November 1, 2026 (Edmonton time), and is unavailable after that deadline: Driveway $129 (then $152/month), Driveway + Walkway $159 (then $187/month), or Large Driveway + Walkway $200 (then $235/month). Your first payment is charged on November 1, 2026, and monthly payments continue on the 1st of each month through April 1, 2027 — the last charge of the season. Route/property eligibility still needs confirmation before payment.
What is the Season Pass?
The Season Pass is one upfront payment covering November through April only (6 months). It saves exactly 15% against six months of regular monthly pricing: Driveway $775.20 (regularly $912), Driveway + Walkway $953.70 (regularly $1,122), Large Driveway + Walkway $1,198.50 (regularly $1,410). Your plan's visit allowance (5, 6 or 8 qualifying visits) still resets each month and does not roll over. May–October is not included. Service is not active until eligibility is confirmed and payment is completed.
