Information collected
When you book a demo through the scheduling calendar or email us, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, shop name, business email, business phone number, and any notes about your request. No account is required to browse this website.
How information is used
Your information is used only to respond to your request, arrange a demo, and provide services you ask for. It is not sold, rented or traded.
Commercial electronic messages
By providing your email address or phone number you consent to receive commercial electronic messages from Blessing Build about the services you enquired about. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message or emailing us, and we will stop sending those messages.
Customer messaging on behalf of client shops
Where Blessing Build configures messaging for a client shop, the shop remains responsible for its own customer relationships and consent obligations. Opt-out handling is configured so that recipients who reply STOP stop receiving messages from that shop's number.
Service providers
Delivering the service requires third-party telephony, messaging, calendar and AI providers. Information is shared with those providers only as needed to operate the service, or where required by law.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or provide the service, and reasonable measures are used to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion by emailing info@blessingbuilt.ca.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the service changes. The current version is always the one published on this page.
